From 19 to 23 July, the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park will return to Cheshire’s spectacular 1,000-acre deer park for one of the North’s calendar highlights. The Great Garden Party will play host to spectacular Show Gardens, Water Gardens, Back to Back Gardens, and an array of Grow-Your-Own inspiration.
This RHS Young Designer of the Year competition will return once again to give young inspiring garden designers, aged 28 years and under, the chance to kick-start their careers and gain exposure at a prestigious RHS Flower Show. A constant nurturer of young talent, RHS Tatton acts as a platform for inspirational new designers to get a head start in horticulture, with many going on to design at other Shows, such as Hugo Bugg and Sam Ovens, who went on to exhibit at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
In addition, the much loved Back-to-Back Gardens, which returned to RHS Tatton in 2015 after a three year absence, will showcase clever designs ideal for small spaces, inspiring visitors to get stuck in and transform their own green spaces at home.
A host of other Show favourites, such as the RHS National Flower Bed Competition and much-loved Cheshire Gardens of Distinction, will also feature, along with live demonstrations from some familiar faces in the Feast Theatre and amazing Great British Allotments exhibits.
The ever-popular Ladies Day will also be hosted at the show on Friday 21 July, offering a range of rousing talks from inspiring women in horticulture and a botanically influenced fashion show.
With all of this, as well as some amazing local exhibitors, visitors are sure to have a great day out at this year’s RHS Flower Show Tatton Park.
