Irish culture has long been linked with dance, music and having a good time, Rhythm of the Dance is the ultimate celebration of these all things.
This stunning live show captures the history of the Irish Celts using traditional dance and music along with a contemporary twist. Irish Dance began when Celts arrived in Ireland from Central Europe over two thousand years ago. From being performed in castles and even the court of Queen Elizabeth I, Irish dancing took a firm hold and developed in jigs, reels and step dancing over time.
Rhythm of the Dance started life as a three week tour in America, the show continues to evolve, continuously introducing new elements to breathe fresh air into Irish dance. Featuring world champion dancers, a traditional Irish band and three Irish tenors Rhythm of the Dance has wowed audiences all over the world since 1999.
Answer Ireland’s call to dance the night away in this Irish spectacular that has to be seen to be believed.
