TWO MORE ARRESTS IN MURDER INVESTIGATION

Two more men have been arrested yesterday by officers investigating the murder of Zain Sailsman in Macclesfield.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, and a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. The 25-year-old was later released on police bail pending further enquiries while the 35-year-old man was released without charge.Zain, 19, was found lying in the road in Bullocks Lane, Sutton, Macclesfield, with serious injuries on the evening of Wednesday 30 October 2013. He was taken by ambulance to hospital, where he died a short time later.

A post mortem concluded the cause of death was due to a single stab wound.

Police are still appealing to the public for help in tracing Zain′s movements in the final hours before his death and are keen to hear from anyone who saw him between 4pm and 6.45pm on Wednesday 30 October.
