IS IT TIME TO VOTE I LOVE MACC?

With the news that Gill Boston has stepped down from her Council role maybe now is the time for an I LOVE MACC candidate to stand for election to Cheshire East Council.

The article was a call for an end to local politics.

To reiterate, surely, all councillors, of whatever political persuasion, are there to serve their communities and shouldn`t be constrained (or kept in their seats) by party politics?

For as long as I can remember I`ve questioned the necessity for political parties at a local authority level
