Once again the National Trust has teamed up with Cadbury for its Easter celebrations this year.
Cadbury Easter Egg Trails will be taking place across Cheshire from Fri 3 – Mon 6 April, and you can go ‘Eggsploring’ at Dunham Massey, Lyme Park, Little Moreton Hall, Quarry Bank Mill and Hare Hill Garden.

Spokesperson for the Trust, Debbie Peers said “You don’t automatically think of a link between chocolate and conservation – but this is exactly what happens with our Cadbury Easter Egg trails. Each time a child or family takes part in a trail, it goes to support our work around the conservation and restoration of the buildings and outdoor spaces we look after. Easter is by far the most popular event in the Trust’s calendar – so we hope this year will be no exception!”
The fun continues after the Easter weekend with Easter holiday family activities focussed around the outdoors. Highlights include sack racing and other traditional games at Lyme Park, making a bird’s nest and planting seeds at Dunham Massey, archery and Tudor games at Little Moreton Hall and woodland trails in Hare Hill Garden.
