Local accountancy firm sponsors schools football competition

Local accountancy firm, BennettBrooks & Co Ltd, recently sponsored the Macclesfield & District Schools FA U16 inter-schools Competition.

The final was contested between Wilmslow High School and Tytherington High School, with Wilmslow coming out as 3-1 winners.

Angela Moulton and Gareth White attended the final where they presented medals to the finalists, with Angela presenting the Cup to the winning captain.

John Clark, secretary of the Macclesfield & District Schools FA, was quoted saying “On behalf of the association, can I say how grateful we are for this support – it is always encouraging to see local firms showing an interest in schools’ sport.”
