Neutrinos are not ice-cream!

The next in the Macclesfield Literary and Philosophical Society series of talks takes place tomorrow – Tuesday, 13th October 2015, at 7.30 pm

Entitled: Neutrinos are not Ice-Cream! And other Quantum Nursery Rhymes, the session will be presented by Laura Kormos, Senior Lecturer in Physics at Lancaster University

Laura has long been fascinated by the fundamental particles that make up matter, eventually focusing on the neutrino. She is involved in three experiments based in Japan and in Canada.

Ice-cream will be provided – so you can check for yourself!
