Christmas Lights switch-on
The simple matter of wind, rain and freezing conditions weren’t going to put off Macclesfield folk.
Hundreds gathered in the Market Place for the annual Christmas Lights switch-on.
Whilst for most of the day, the bands and entertainers had played to sparse audiiences – came the hour, came the people.
