Rotary Club summer musical evening

June sees ‘Summer is A-coming in’ and to celebrate its arrival The Capriccio vocal ensemble will be performing at St Michaels Church, Market Place, Macclesfield.

With ensemble members, Mike Chetham on organ and piano the conductor David Walsh has a sunshine programme to warm us and our hearts.  It includes Summer Time, Cantique de Jean Racine, Rejoice in the Lord Always, Ave Maris Stella and I do like to be beside the seaside.

The Rotary Club of Macclesfield Castle is arranging the evening on Saturday 4th June, which begins at 7.30 pm, to raise funds for the Macclesfield Eye Society, 422602; East Cheshire Hospice 610364; and Rotary charities.
