A popular night of sixties music and entertainment returns to the garden theatre at Gawsworth Hall, near Macclesfield on Saturday July 9, in aid of Francis House Children’s Hospice.
Concert goers can enjoy a two-hour live extravaganza packed with all the greatest songs from music’s most memorable decade.
Over thirty five toe-tapping hit singles from the swinging sixties, will be performed by a multi-instrumental eight-piece 60s band featuring great harmonies and authentic musical arrangements.
The multi-talented cast of professional musicians, singers and dancers will take the audience on a roller coaster ride of hits from The Beach Boys to Cilla Black, The Monkees to Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross to Little Eva.
The grounds are open from 2 pm for anyone wanting to have a picnic in the Hall garden before the concert starts at 7.30 pm.
All proceeds will go to Francis House which cares for over 370 sick children, teenagers and young adults with a short life expectancy either in the hospice or at home, as well as providing support, friendship and short breaks of respite care for the whole family.
