Serious collision closes M6 at junction 17
Emergency services are attending an accident involving two HGV lorries on the M6 northbound this morning (8 July).
One driver is believed to have serious injuries.
A full closure of the motorway has been put in place since 7am at junction 17 with diversions in place.
Police would advise motorists to avoid the area.
