Police appeal for help locating local man
Cheshire Police are appealing for help from the public in tracing the whereabouts of a man they would like to speak to after he failed to appear in court.
Officers are trying to locate Michael Smart, aged 38, who failed to attend Crewe Magistrates’ Court on 5th August. He is known to have connections in the Congleton area.
Michael is described as white, with short brown hair, of medium build and is 5’ 7” tall.
Anyone with any information about the possible whereabouts of Michael is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 662 of 10th August. Alternatively information can be passed on anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
