Chelford Road housing and Park Green plans go in

Wake up Macc report that the planning application is in for the Robinsons Brewery development of 135 houses on the land between land between Chelford Road and Whirley Road.

Traffic is one of the key concerns highlighted by those who have already commented.

The transport statement with the application does states the development isn’t anticipated to cause any significant traffic problems.

But, it’s important that the cumulative effects of other proposed developments are taken into account.

There’s also (at last) an application to demolish the derelict mills at Park Green and build 67 dwellings. I suspect this one will be rather more popular.
