Man sought in connection with fraud offences
Police are asking the public to help them trace a 61-year-old man who is wanted in connection with fraud offences.
David McHugh, from Ranton in Stafford, was given a bench warrant on Tuesday 3 April for failing to appear at Chester Crown Court on that day.
He is known to use the alias of David Williams and could be staying anywhere in the North West.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 255 of 4/10/2013, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
