Following a collision with an embankment on Woodhouse Lane, Gawsworth, yesterday, a 47-year-old man was taken to hospital.
Emergency services were called to Woodhouse Lane at around 11.10 am in response to reports of a one vehicle collision.
When they arrived at the scene they found the vehicle was on its side having collided with the embankment.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Two fire engines from Macclesfield were called to a road traffic collision on Woodhouse Lane, Gawsworth. A Landrover which had struck an embankment was stabilised using stabilisation equipment by crews. One casualty was taken to hospital by paramedics.”
