Take a trip down the rabbit hole and join Alice as she stumbles into the magical world of Wonderland and meet a whole host of colourful characters from the unforgettable White Rabbit and the madcap Mad Hatter to the terrifying Queen of Hearts. Presented in beautiful Victorian costume and alive with song, dance and original music, this is a production to delight the entire family.
QUAD Summer Nights Outdoor Film Festival
Return to the garden at the end of the summer for QUAD’s Outdoor Film Festival. Spend the evening under the stars watching classic films in the perfect summer setting. Choose from Moulin Rouge on Friday 31 Augustand Top Gun on Saturday 1 September.
Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge captures the spirit of the Bohemian revolution sweeping the underworld of Paris. At the Moulin Rouge, the rich and poor are one, being entertained by the dancers. Christian (Ewan McGregor), a young English writer starts a love affair with the star courtesan Sabine (Nicole Kidman). Top Gun takes us into the danger zone with Tom Cruise and Anthony Edwards starring as fighter pilots Maverick and Goose. Maverick’s cocky demeanour push him to compete for the Top Gun trophy against fellow pilot Iceman (Val Kilmer).
