Engineering company Statiflo has been endorsed for its high standardof quality management under an internationally-recognised scheme.
Statiflo designs and distributes static mixers and other chemical process equipment used in the water and wastewater treatment industries, oil and gas, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper sectors.
The company – based in Wood Street, Macclesfield, with subsidiaries in Germany and the United States – has been accredited under the ISO 9001 2015 scheme.

Nigel Harte, Statiflo’s engineering and quality assurance manager, led the company’s successful transition from ISO 9001 2008.
Statiflo has been endorsed under the scheme since it first applied for the quality mark in 2003.
The accreditation reflects a company’s commitment to product quality, customer focus and satisfaction. The latest 2015 version puts greater emphasis on leadership engagement, risk assessment and supply chain management.

“It’s a globally-recognised accreditation which reflects the quality of our products, processes and our team.
“Attaining this standard is an important milestone for the business, because it shows our commitment to maintaining the highest quality management systems, our determination to continuously improve and our unwavering focus on providing an excellent level of service to our domestic and international customers.”
Statiflo was audited for the accreditation by Alcumus Isoqar, whose team looked at various aspects of the company’s operations, including its facilities, leadership, training and customer service policy.
