Disabled parking means parking for the disabled!

Yet another driver who can’t read?

The car was parked in the disabled spot when I arrived and went into the Co-op and was still there 5-7 minutes later when I came out.

Of course the driver may be disabled, but then he’d display his blue badge wouldn’t he?

Or maybe the driver’s just plain inconsiderate.
