Cheshire East Council is to hold briefing sessions for would-be candidates for this May’s local council elections.
‘All-out’ borough council elections are due to be held across Cheshire East on Thursday 2 May 2019, on the same day as elections for all of the borough’s town and parish councils – and this is your opportunity to help shape the face of Cheshire East for the next few years.
Separate briefing events, to remind candidates of the nomination procedures and other important election matters, will also be held for town and parish council clerks and potential candidates for town and parish elections.
Due to the limited number of places available at each of the sessions, interested should reserve a place as soon as possible. Entrance will be limited to those who have booked a place.
