Cheshire Police investigating the disappearance of a woman from Warrington have released CCTV images of the 40-year-old in the hope of it spurring the public to help them find her.
Louise Wilde, from Stockton Heath, was last seen by her family on Friday 25 January.
Louise was last seen in Manchester city centre at around 12 noon on Saturday 26 January. Louise is described as white, approximately 5’ 10” tall, of medium build with brown eyes and long black hair.
The image shows her wearing a burgundy coat with a fur hood, black trousers and black trainers with a white sole and carrying a cream bag
In addition to the Manchester sighting, officers have also been able to confirm that prior to travelling to the city Louise visited the Tesco supermarket in Northwich at around 9am on Saturday 26 January.
After leaving Manchester city centre she was captured on CCTV at Chester Train Station at around 9.30pm on Sunday 27 January.
Superintendent Laura Marler said: “Following our initial appeal we have received a number of sightings of Louise at locations across Cheshire and Manchester and indications suggest that she is using the railway network to travel across the region.
“While these sightings are positive, we remain extremely concerned about her welfare and extensive enquiries to locate her are ongoing.
“I ask anyone who believes they have seen someone fitting her description or knows where she is to get in touch.
“I also appeal directly to Louise that she makes contact with us – your family are concerned about you.”
Anyone with any information in relation to the whereabouts of Louise is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 305217.
Information can also be passed anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
