Holden & Prescott are the best

Macclesfield estate agents, Holden & Prescott, have been named the best estate agent in the UK.

Based on Church Street, the agents beat 25,000 others to be awarded the title by the Best Estate Agent Guide.

The award, organised by Property Academy, supported by Rightmove, comes after surveying customers and mystery shops.

Partner at the business Martin Holden, who founded Holden and Prescott in 1998 with Will Prescott, said: “These awards follow a rigorous and independent assessment and we are thrilled to have been recognised as the best in the country.
