Local MP, David Rutley, is helping bolster Macclesfield Jobcentre Plus team’s drive to recruit people to fill vacancies in key sectors, including local hospitality businesses.
David visited Caffé Nero in Macclesfield to meet with the Jobcentre team, the Caffé Nero Area Manager and Store Manager, to to hear about a number of offers which are hopefully to be extended to successful applicants. Further recruitment days are planned in the chain’s cafes in Chester and Warrington.
Anyone interested in discovering more about these new opportunities can find details by contacting one of the Job Centre’s work coaches.
After the visit, David said, “As we have moved on to a greater sense of normality, it is important that we help support local hospitality businesses, which have been badly affected by the pandemic. It is great to see our local Jobcentre working in partnership with this sector, and others such as social care, to help businesses recruit for the job vacancies that they are now actively working to fill. They have my full support in this vital task.”
