Wedding open day at Arley

Sunday 16th January 2022 10am – 3pm

Come along and see the magnificent Hall set up for a wedding. Your wedding can be as grand or as intimate as you would like. Chat to the Arley staff who will be able to answer any questions you may have about any part of your special day. There are various locations at Arley where you can get married, from inside The Hall, in the Gardens in our award winning double herbaceous border or in the historic Cruck Barn, making it your choice.

You can see them all at this open day. A selection of our highly recommended suppliers will be here, each supplier has worked with Arley before and so we know you will get an excellent service. If you are not familiar with the format of a wedding ceremony, together with the Cheshire East Registrars you can go through the main points so you will know what to expect.

If you book your special day at Arley with us before the end of January 2022 we will offer current venue hire rates. After January the rates will then rise. Opening from 10.00am to 3.00pm. No booking necessary, free entry and free parking.

It is a magical venue with enormous character, charm and interest. Guests arriving at the Estate will be struck by the warm and intimate atmosphere and the feeling that Arley is a much-cherished family home. Set amidst breath-taking surroundings; Arley Hall is an impressive example of a Victorian Country House built in the Elizabethan style and is one of the most interesting and attractive stately homes in the country. The lavish ceilings, elaborate carvings, plasterwork and stained glass windows create a wonderful feeling of grandeur for any wedding celebration.

Arley’s Breathtaking Gardens for your Ceremony

The Alcove, which sits at the end of the stunning double herbaceous border, is licensed for civil ceremonies and creates the perfect backdrop for your outdoor wedding. Should the weather prove inclement, the ceremony can then take place inside Arley Hall. The decision can be yours on the day. We will work with you to ensure your ideas are turned into reality. We can make your dream wedding come true.

Arley’s Stunning Cruck Barn for your Ceremony

The Cruck Barn, with its massive oak trusses (off the Estate) support the slate roof, a truly amazing building.

The 18 acres of award winning gardens provide a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Whatever the season the gardens have something magical to offer from the stunning double herbaceous border in the summer to the impressive Ilex Avenue; you will be spoilt for choice.

From the moment you book your wedding at Arley to the big day itself, our experienced staff are on hand to provide information, personal advice and support if needed. Set amidst breath taking surroundings, we at Arley pride ourselves in offering a first class service to fulfil your individual requirements.
