A tiny ‘avenue’ of crab apple trees and a walled courtyard make an interesting entrance to a generous family garden. Flower beds filled with lush planting wrap around the shady side of the house, whilst in the sunshine, a traditional brick wall and beech hedging provide a backdrop for a wide variety of shrubs, climbers and herbaceous borders.
