Macclesfield tip two day closure
Macclesfield Household Waste Recycling Centre will be closed on September 6 and 7.
Part of the site regularly suffers from pooling water and the temporary closure is needed so that engineers can carry out an investigation into the problem.
During the two-day closure, the alternative nearest sites for residents are in Bollington, off Albert Road, or in Alsager, off Hassall Road, for those traveling from further south in the borough.
The council have apologised for any inconvenience caused by the closure.
