The second meeting of the new season is on Tuesday 17th October starting at 
7.30 pm in Macclesfield Library.

Gabriel Dupre’s talk is titled “What is a Language”.

Gabriel brings together contemporary work in the linguistic sciences to answer some traditional 
questions about the philosophy of mind, language and science.

He is currently a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at the University of 
Keele.

The talk and discussion will be followed by a hopefully brief AGM.
