A man who was arrested following a stop check on a vehicle in Macclesfield has now been charged.
Wayne Gardner, was arrested at around 11.30 pm on Wednesday 10 January officer stopped a blue Ford Transit van on Crompton Road, Macclesfield.
The 65-year-old of Crompton Road, Macclesfield, has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class B drugs (Amphetamine), possession with intent to supply class C drugs (other), two counts of possession of class A drugs (heroin and cocaine), possession of class B drugs (cannabis), and two counts of possession of Class C drugs (other).
Gardner has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court today (Friday 12 January).
