A man who was arrested after almost three decades on the run will be charged with a number of additional offences.
Richard Burrows was arrested on Thursday 28th March, at Heathrow Airport, having returned to the UK from Thailand.
The 80-year-old had been wanted by Cheshire Police since December 1997, when he failed to attend Chester Crown Court, where he was due to stand trial for two counts of buggery and 11 counts of indecent assault.

Following his arrest Burrows appeared in Court, on Tuesday 2nd April, where he was remanded in custody.
Ahead of his next hearing, the Crown Prosecution Service have now authorised the following additional charges against him:
20 counts of Indecent Assault
One count of Buggery
Three counts of Making Indecent Images of Children (these relate to 1 Cat A image, 2 CAT B images, 1 CAT C Image).
Four counts of Possession of a False Identity Document with Intent,
The additional charges relate to 11 victims and the offences occurred between 1966 and 1996 in Congleton, across Cheshire, the West Midlands and West Mercia areas.
All of the charges are set to be heard at Chester Crown Court on Friday 2nd August.
