Lloyds Bank Macclesfield to close
Another Macclesfield bank will soon bite the dust.
Lloyds Banking Group is to close its Macclesfield branch on the corner of Queen Victoria and Mill Street.
The bank says there will be 60 branch closures between October this year and June 2025.
The banking group, which includes Halifax and Bank of Scotland, will close 190 branches in 2024 and 47 next year.
