Senseless lorry driver caused chaos

Cheshire Police Rural Crime Team posted details of a senseless lorry driver on social media.

“The driver of this HGV is being reported for ignoring the road closure. Their vehicle became stuck on one of the most challenging of bends. This would force others to go head to head on the bend.

“Now you may wonder if this driver was aware of the road closures. They were, as they phoned Cheshire Police to ask about it as they were stopped on Buxton Road at the closure. They were told…don’t ignore it!

“We’re up here with Macclesfield Police dealing with the outcome!”
