A new magazine, Quality Tradespeople in Macclesfield, is being launched.
Packed full of quality editorial, interviews, competitions and showcases the new magazine will be produced in multi platform as a digital mag with fully functional hyperlinks and videos and from August in print.
Owner, Darren Rose, said “Just as vinyl is slowly creeping back into our homes, so is print”
“A large proportion of my readers in Macclesfield, Bollington, Prestbury and Tytherington want to sit down with a good, free magazine and a cup of tea or a glass of Prosecco,” at this time there is a huge gap in the market for a quality monthly. 5,000 copies will be printed every month and distributed to carefully chosen ABC1 households. “With the look and feel of QT and the areas we are delivering to, we expect the print readership to be about 17,500.”
But the online marketing is where the advertisers can really be seen by vast amounts of new, targeted clients.
The digital version will be targeted to 100,000+ homeowners within a 20 mile radius of Macclesfield, (aged 18-70) and 1000+ businesses, large and small through social media, web and email channels. Within the magazine local companies can ‘tell their story’ to the people of Cheshire and engage with the reader. With advertising rates to suit all budgets, this will be a fresh addition to a very limited market in the area.
“Companies have so many videos now, but struggle for an audience, we can place their video within their advert or editorial for our readers to view their fabulous work, it also amazes me how many digital publications are out there without hyperlinks or video content.”

“The first edition is a ‘pilot’, the reason for this is two fold,” “We can test our marketing strategies using only our money, not our customer’s, through the statistics we gather we can gauge how many readers?, in what area?, how long they stayed on a page? etc so when the next edition is out, our customer really gets the maximum value for their hard earned money.” “We also want to make sure we are reaching our audiences with the right kind of editorial, we want the reader to look forward to the magazine every month.”
“Our mantra is simple” said Darren, “We want to build relationships and serve audiences with a fresh, new product in the area.”
