TUG OF WAR SUNDAY

Folk will be feeling the strain at Chelford Village Hall on Sunday, 6th April.

The hall is the venue for the annual tug of war competition staged by Bosley Tug of War Club.

The event, which starts at 11 am, is being organised as part of the annual Tug of War Association fixture list, and teams from across the region and further afield will take part in weight classes for mens, womens and youth teams.

Bosley is preparing for its outdoor campaign, and will be looking to improve on the bronze medal it won at the 2013 Tug of War Association National Outdoor Tug of War Championships.
