Sutton shed break-in foiled by alarm

A shed was broken into on Symondley Road, Sutton sometime during the night of 13th December 2017.

As the shed was alarmed the offender(s) was disturbed and fled the scene.

Some useful advice:-
*Lock your shed and garage with security locks or padlocks
*Fit an alarm
*Consider anchoring heavy and expensive items such as bikes and lawn mowers to the floor to make it difficult for them to be stolen
*Don’t leave bins out where they can be used as a step to climb over a wall or fence
*Thieves are on the look out for things to steal so sheds are not a good place to store Christmas presents
