As part of their continued work within the local community, Macclesfield based law firm Thorneycroft Solicitors will be hosting another free Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney Advice Surgery at Macclesfield Town Hall on Monday, 8thApril – between 11am and 1pm.
The event will be hosted by Solicitor Samantha Ikin and Paralegal Melissa Hill who are members of Thorneycroft Solicitors’ Wills, Trusts and Probate Department.
The surgery is free to attend and is the second event of its type to be held by Thorneycroft Solicitors in as many months, following the success of their first surgery hosted by Samantha and Melissa at the beginning of March.
Whether you have a question about an existing will or Lasting Powers of Attorney or you are looking to create either document for the first time, Samantha and Melissa are experts in their field and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.
This surgery offers members of the local Macclesfield community the opportunity to access legal advice on important subjects including:

The team is also available for appointments at their Head Office in Macclesfield, and can also meet clients at the firm’s offices in Buxton, Whaley Bridge and Holmes Chapel.
