Following a two-day inspection in March, Pott Shrigley Church School received a rating of GOOD from Ofsted.
Head teacher Joanne Bromley commented ‘I am really pleased with the result and incredibly proud of all the pupils and staff who all pulled together not only during the inspection but since I joined the school in September – well done!’
Chair of governors, Jane Langdon added ‘The inspection went really well, the inspector got to spend a lot of time with the children and staff and was able to get a real sense of what our school is about – the fact he described PSCS as ‘’A good introduction to school life’’really sums up what we aim for here.’
