Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a bicycle theft outside a supermarket in Poynton.
The black and silver YT mountain bike was stolen from outside Morrisons in Queensway at around 3pm on Wednesday 8 May.
Enquiries in relation to the theft are ongoing and officers believe that the man in the CCTV image may be able to help with their investigation. They are appealing for anyone who recognises him or thinks they may know who he is to get in touch. Officers also want to hear from anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen bicycle.
Police Constable Karl Shields said: “We believe that the man in the CCTV image may have important information to help with our ongoing investigation into the theft of a mountain bike in Poynton.
