Open Call for Festival Events, Exhibitions and Projects

Performers, visual artists, theatre artists, musicians, poets, writers, dancers, inventors, big thinkers, creatives, arts, heritage and cultural organisations, food makers, film makers, new technology experimenters, digital artists, circus or street artists and more are invited to submit proposals to programme the festival in June 2020!

What you need to do:

SUBMIT your proposal using our online form here.

DEADLINE for submission is: Friday 29th November 2019 (you can send it in earlier, that’s welcome!)

ASK QUESTIONS: if you have questions please contact opencall@barnabyfestival.org.uk  and we will aim to respond as soon as possible (please do not leave this until right before the submission deadline!!)

NOTE: you can only complete this form in one sitting. We have included the questions in the guidance notes to support you to prepare your submission. The deadline for submissions is 6 pm on Friday 29th November.

We want to encourage as many submissions as possible. It is okay if your idea requires further development, just tell us that is the case. For example, if you do not yet have a venue please tell us about the kind of venue you require.

NOTE: 

Barnaby Parade – there will be a separate call for the parade, you do not need to submit parade proposals here. 

Visual Arts Trail – if you want to exhibit in the visual arts trail please do submit using this form – you will not need to answer all of the questions.
