Tiffany and David make the move to Macc

The daughter of Real Housewife of Cheshire Deborah Davies, Tiffany had grown up in Wilmslow and wanted to stay close to her mum.  Her boyfriend David was the same, he had grown up in Poynton and ideally wanted to stay close to family and friends too.

After eight years together, the time was right to take their first steps on the property ladder; when they discovered King’s Quarter they knew it was the perfect place for them, close to loved ones but offering a sense of independence and new adventure and well connected for both work and leisure.

Six months later, they are so pleased they made the move and have enjoyed putting their own stamp on the property and hosting get togethers and dinner parties to show off their new home.

“So much care has gone into the design of these homes,” continues Tiffany, “Every room is light, spacious and easy to furnish.  We have endless options when it comes to styling and interior design and have really enjoyed bringing out our personal style as we’ve worked through each room.  Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the house is inside and out and we just love having people here.”

“With my mum being one of the Real Housewives of Cheshire, she is the ultimate entertainer,” continues Tiffany, “Her dinner parties are legendary and involve lots of party games, great food and drink and laughter.  I can’t wait to make the same memories in my own home – although there is a lot to live up to!”

The couple both have professional jobs in the corporate sector; Tiffany has an office role and David is a technology consultant working with multi-national businesses.  Like many others, during the pandemic their home has been both their place to live and relax and also their place to work where they have had the benefit of using the third bedroom as a spacious home office.

Despite enjoying working from home, they are looking forward to getting back to their old offices so that the third bedroom can once again become the guest room they envisaged for visiting friends and relatives.

Not yet married and without any children, the couple are enjoying the freedom of having Macclesfield town centre on their doorstep spending their weekends discovering the many local independents, shopping locally for artisan products at the monthly Treacle Market and supporting the many other small businesses.  They also enjoying getting their steps in and taking in the fresh air with a hike around Macclesfield Forest or hopping on a direct train to London for an overnight stay in the capital.
