Situated in the original premises, at 83 Mill Street, Salvatore’s is seeking to reignite its legacy of serving authentic Italian cuisine with a fresh, contemporary twist.

Under the guidance of Chef Salvatore, Salvatore’s invites diners to experience his passion for the rich culinary traditions of his Sicilian homeland.

Chef Salvatore is intent on re-establishing a destination for those seeking genuine Italian flavours, meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients and a dash of Sicilian flair.
