Visit a garden this weekend

One House Walled Garden in Rainow (pictured above and below) is open to the public on Saturday 15 June.

An historic early C18 walled kitchen garden, hidden for 60 yrs and restored by volunteers.

This romantic and atmospheric garden has a wide range of vegetables, flowers and old tools.

There is an orchard with friendly pigs, a wildlife area and pond, woodland walk with wildflowers and foxgloves and views and a traditional greenhouse with ornamental and edible crops.

There’s also a small plant nursery.
