The Grosvenor Centre will be hosting Think Ahead Stroke Awareness Day on Saturday 18th April.
There’ll be an opportunity to have your blood pressure taken and to discuss with local nurses whether you are at risk of a stroke.
The event, organised and run by members and friends of Macclesfield Castle Rotary club will look at lifestyle choices including exercise, a reduction in alcohol intake and smoking cessation in order to reduce the chances of a stroke.
Prevention is better than cure – so go along – meet the friendly team and get your blood pressure checked.
Grosvenor Centre Manager Ed Kennedy, Macclesfield Castle Rotarian John brooks and Rotarian Steve Smith planning the day
