No planning permission, but demolition of the Bay Leaf may already be in hand

As most people in Bollington will know an application has gone into Cheshire East to demolish the Bay Leaf restaurant (old Waggon & Horses pub) and construct a Sainsbury store on the ground floor with the restaurant above.

A mole tells us that a local demolition company has already been instructed – and penned a date in their diary to commence demolition.

The applicants must be pretty confident that their application will be approved.
