GAWSWORTH COMMUNITY SHOP OPEN MEETING AND A.G.M.

The Gawsworth Community Shop Limited Open Meeting will the held at 3.00pm
and the Annual General Meeting at 4.00pm on Sunday 17 June 2012 in the Village Hall Gawsworth.

As last year, the meeting will be in two parts. At 3.00pm there will be an open meeting at which all residents of the parish and interested parties will have an opportunity to hear an update on the progress of the village shop project; the first year of trading and what is anticipated for the future.

There will be an explanation of how the Society is run and the central role played by the volunteers.

This will include an opportunity to ask questions and to put forward any comments or suggestions.

At 4.00pm the formal AGM will commence at which the Board will propose certain resolutions to be voted on by the Members, that is those who hold at least one share in Gawsworth Community Shop Ltd.

Non-shareholders may remain to observe this part of the proceedings but only shareholders may vote on the resolutions.
